• Who is the owner of the copyright of the photographs?

The copyright of the photographs posted or to be posted on this web page by kapaimages.com is owned by Konstantinos G. Stavropoulos and Konstantinos G. Apostolidis or the photographers offering their work for sale. Copyright is protected by law no 2121/1993. All images are offered for commercial use. When purchasing an image, the buyer does not purchase the copyright. Buyers only acquire the right of use from kapaimages.com

• How can I use the photographs?

Every photograph bought is available for personal use or for any time of publication (magazines, newspapers, any other type of printed material, on the internet, etc).

• In which format shall I receive the photographs?

In jpeg format.

• How and when shall I receive the photographs I have ordered?

The photographs are delivered by courier (postage for the cd is paid by kapaimages) or by e-mail within 8 hours from the dispatch of payment. In the first case please state your address in the order form.

• Are there any restrictions in publishing the photographs?

Yes, the following uses are prohibited:

• Using images for any pornographic use.
• Using images to defame of cause offence to the photographer or the individual(s) photographed.
• Using images for any unauthorised or unlawful purpose.
• Magazine, newspaper or website owners may not reproduce the photographs already bought in order to incorporate them in exhibitions or book and album publications without the prior permission of kapaimages.com.
• Kapaimages.com grants the right of use for a period of 6(six) months from the date of dispatch. If the buyer wishes to reuse an image within the above period of 6 months, he/she must pay kapaimages.com half of the initial price in accordance with the applicable law (2121/1993, article 38, para 1). When the above period of 6 months elapses, the buyer who wishes to reuse the said image will have to purchase it again.

• Is there a written consent of the models photographed?

Yes. A copy is available by post if requested.

• Can I request you to make some changes to the photograph(s) I have ordered?

Yes, it is possible.

• Why does the price of a photograph change when it goes into the shopping cart? (V.A.T.)

The price of the photograph in the cart includes V.A.T. in accordance with the greek law.
